Amie's Breast Cancer Journey #21 September 4, 2015

Here is a photo of me and my fancy orange juice with a tropical umbrella!

I am finally up and able to get out of the house! What a round!  I started to feel the effects of the chemotherapy on Saturday.  The symptoms this round were easier by my tolerance to handle the symptoms is less. It is wearing me down.  I was groggy and very tired.  I napped most of Saturday and Sunday.  On Monday I forced myself together with a shower and a much needed visit with a friend.  After the visit I ate and was in bed for the evening.  On Tuesday and Wednesday I was not feeling great. I spent those days in bed.  Thursday finally came around and I was moving at a very slow pace.  My mouth still tasted of steel. My head was still groggy.  I dressed then napped, ate then napped.  The heat was unbearable, I was hardly able to breath.  Finally today I feel more like myself and I am able to get up and go!  I went for an ice tea with a friend.  When Paul came home we decided to invite my mom and go out for dinner while I felt like it.
