As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the office will be OPEN by appointment only. All product pickups, Dental Hygiene & Denturist appointments must be scheduled. To do our part to keep everyone safe our office requires anyone entering or exiting the office to follow the COVID-19 symptom screening protocol and complete a virtual screening form.
